Machine Configuration
1, using imported materials sponge rubber roller diameter of 240mm, the roll surface by CNC precision machining.
2, rolls with a diameter of 150mm light big roll, chrome roll surface, cylindrical grinder by CNC precision machining.
3, the conveyor belt is 3mm slip, solvent resistance, to prevent the phenomenon from the floor, plus anti-deviation device.
4, running light roller and rubber roller by an independent drive and control gear, wherein the spacing between the adjustment screw through a worm machine, driven dovetail mechanism to complete.
5, the bearing sealing structure, to prevent the penetration of paint.
6, the entire machine configuration Taiwan Delta converter and three-phase asynchronous motor worm gear.
7, the whole package, a diaphragm pump, a heating oil tank 20L.
